Rates and Policies

If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation for the Star House or for Stella, our Vintage Airstream, call us within 12 days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation & authorize a $20.00 processing fee. If cancellations are received 11 days or less prior to your arrival date, no refund will be made unless we are able to rebook the room, in which case, a full refund less a $20.00 processing fee will be issued. Your consideration is requested as we are a small property and this allows other guests to make reservations for the same night(s) stay and if we can rebook that night, you will get a refund.

Rates are based Per Day for Double Occupancy. The Star House maximum occupancy is 5 guests which includes children age 13 and older. Our Vintage Airstream's maximum occupancy is 3 adults age 18 and older.

Check-in time is between 2:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Reservations & Payment Method:
All major charge cards, checks, and cash are accepted. Charge card information is taken upon booking as confirmation.

Minimum Nights:
We sometimes have a minimum two-night consecutive stay on weekends. Friday - Saturday & Saturday - Sunday. Negotiable if adjacent night is not already booked by other guest. One night stay during week.

Smoking:
Smoking is permitted on patio and porches only. No smoking is allowed inside the STAR HOUSE or Vintage Airstream or in any other location on property. Please use ashtrays provided on porches. A $250.00 damage fee will be assessed if signs of smoking are detected within.

Pets:
No pets are allowed without prior written approval from the innkeeper. A $50.00 per night charge if within the Star House and a $30.00 per night charge if within the Vintage Airstream. Guest takes full responsibility for pet and agrees to pay for any damages or extra cleaning charges including the dry cleaning of linens if needed within the properties.

Children:
STAR HOUSE: We allow babies under 1 year old and children 13 years and older within the Star House. No charge for babies under 1 year & a playpen is available at $15.00 per night.

AIRSTREAM: Our Vintage Airstream is for adults 18 years and up. Sorry, but no children allowed as we strive to keep the airstream in its original, vintage condition.
